When the compressor of the laser chiller cannot be started normally, the possible causes of the failure and the corresponding solutions are:
1. The compressor cannot be started normally due to abnormal voltage
Use a multimeter to test to see if the operating voltage matches the working voltage required by the laser chiller. The common working voltage of the laser chiller is 110V/220V/380V, you can check the chiller instruction manual for confirmation.
2. The compressor startup capacitor value is abnormal
After adjusting the multimeter to the capacitance gear, measure the capacitance value and compare it with the normal capacitance value to ensure that the compressor startup capacitance is within the normal value range.
3. The line is broken and the compressor cannot be started normally
Turn off the power first, check the compressor circuit condition, and ensure that the compressor circuit is not broken.
4. The compressor is overheated, triggering the overheat protection device
Let the compressor cool down and then start it to check whether it is overheating protection caused by poor heat dissipation. The laser chiller should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, and the dust accumulated on the dust filter and fan should be cleaned up in time.
5. The thermostat is faulty and cannot control the start and stop of the compressor normally
If the thermostat fails, you need to contact the after-sales team of the laser chiller manufacturer to replace the thermostat.
