1. The room temperature is too high

In summer, the room temperature is too high, which can easily lead to ultrahigh temperature alarms. This requires the laser chiller to be placed in a ventilated and cool place and to keep the room temperature below 40°C. The air inlet and outlet of the laser chiller should be kept 1.5 meters away from obstacles, and the ventilation openings should be kept unobstructed to facilitate heat dissipation.

 

2. Insufficient cooling capacity

In other seasons, it can be refrigerated normally, but in the high temperature weather in hot summer, the cooling capacity demand of the laser chiller increases, which leads to insufficient cooling, and the normal cooling is affected due to the difficulty of heat dissipation. It is recommended to understand the cooling requirements of the laser equipment when purchasing a laser chiller. Optional laser chiller with larger cooling capacity than actual demand.

 

3. Dust affects heat dissipation

If the laser chiller is used for a long time, it is easy to accumulate dust. It should be cleaned with an air gun regularly (it is recommended for cleaning once per week, and the dust filter should not be missing for a long time) to strengthen the laser chiller's cooling capacity.

 

When the laser chiller fails, it is necessary to troubleshoot the fault in time. In the process of use, if you encounter other faults, you can contact the chiller manufacturer and their after-sales service to deal with the problem.
