1. Check whether there is refrigerant leakage in the copper pipe welding port in the chiller. Oil stains may occur in the leakage of the refrigerant, check carefully, if there is leakage of refrigerant, please contact the after-sales personnel of the laser chiller manufacturer to deal with it.
2. Observe whether there is ventilation around the chiller. The air outlet (chiller fan) and air inlet (chiller dust filter) of the industrial chiller should keep away from obstacles.
3. Check whether the dust filter and condenser of the chiller are clogged with dust. Regular dust removal depends on the operating environment of the machine. Such as spindle processing and other harsh environments, it can be cleaned once every two weeks.
4. Check whether the chiller fan works normally. When the compressor starts, the fan will also start synchronously. If the fan does not start, check whether the fan is faulty.
5. Check whether the voltage of the chiller is normal. Provide the voltage and frequency marked on the nameplate of the machine. It is recommended to install a voltage stabilizer when the voltage fluctuates greatly.
6. Check whether the compressor startup capacitor is within the normal value range. Use a multimeter to measure the capacitor capacity to see if the capacitor surface is damaged.
7. Check whether the cooling capacity of the chiller is less than the calorific value of the load. It's suggested that the optional chiller with a cooling capacity is greater than the calorific value.
8. The compressor is faulty, the working current is too large, and there is abnormal noise during operation. It's suggested to replace the compressor.
