The scorching summer heat is upon us! Keep your industrial chiller cool and ensure stable cooling with expert tips from TEYU S&A Chiller Manufacturer. Optimize operating conditions by properly placing the air outlet (1.5m from obstacles) and air inlet (1m from obstacles), using a voltage stabilizer (whose power is 1.5 times the industrial chiller's power), and maintaining an ambient temperature between 20°C and 30°C. Regularly remove dust with an air gun, replace cooling water quarterly with distilled or purified water, and clean or replace filter cartridges and screens to ensure stable water flow. Struggling with an E2 alarm on your TEYU S&A fiber laser chiller CWFL-2000? Don't worry, here's a step-by-step troubleshooting guide for you: Use a multimeter to measure the power supply voltage. Then measure the input voltage at points 2 and 4 of the temperature controller with the multimeter. Remove the cover of the electrical box. Use the multimeter to measure points and troubleshoot. Check the cooling fan capacitor's resistance and input voltage. Measure the current and capacitance of the compressor during chiller operation under the cooling mode. The surface temperature of the compressor is high when it starts, you can touch the liquid storage tank to check the vibrations. Measure the current on the white wire and the resistance of the compressor starting capacitance. Finally, inspect the refrigeration system for refrigerant leaks or blockages. In case of refrigerant leakage, there will be obvious oil stains at the leak site, and the evaporator inlet's copper pipe may frost. In this case, contact a professional welder or return it back to the factory for maintenance.

How to Troubleshoot the E1 Ultrahigh Room Temp Alarm for Laser Chiller CWFL-2000?
If your TEYU S&A fiber laser chiller CWFL-2000 triggers an ultrahigh room temperature alarm (E1), follow these steps to resolve the issue. Press the "▶" button on the temperature controller and check the ambient temperature ("t1"). If it exceeds 40℃, consider changing the water chiller's working environment to the optimal 20-30℃. For normal ambient temperature, ensure proper laser chiller placement with good ventilation. Inspect and clean the dust filter and condenser, using an air gun or water if needed. Maintain air pressure below 3.5 Pa while cleaning the condenser and keep a safe distance from the aluminum fins. After cleaning, check the ambient temp sensor for abnormalities. Perform constant temperature testing by placing the sensor in water at around 30℃ and compare the measured temperature with the actual value. If there's an error, it indicates a faulty sensor. Next, investigate the cooling system if the fan blows out cold air by removing the side panel. Check for abnormal vibration in the compressor, indicating failure or a blockage. Test the dryer filter and capillary for warmth, as cold temperatures may indicate a blockage or refrigerant leakage. Feel the temperature of the copper pipe at the evaporator inlet, which should be icy cold; if warm, inspect the solenoid valve. Observe temperature changes after removing the solenoid valve: a cold copper pipe indicates a faulty temp controller, while no change suggests a faulty solenoid valve core. How to replace the DC pump for industrial water chiller CW-5200?
This video will teach you how to replace the DC pump of S&A industrial chiller 5200.First to turn off the chiller, unplug the power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, remove the upper sheet metal housing, open the drain valve and drain water out of the chiller, disconnect the DC pump terminal, use a 7mm wrench and a cross screwdriver, unscrew the 4 fixing nuts of the pump, remove the insulated foam, cut off the zip cable tie of the water inlet pipe, unfasten the plastic hose clip of the water outlet pipe, separate water inlet and outlet pipes from the pump, take out the old water pump and install a new pump on the same position, connect the water pipes to the new pump, clamp the water outlet pipe with a plastic hose clip, tighten 4 fixing nuts for the water pump base. Lastly, connect the pump wire terminal, and the DC pump replacement is finally finished.

How to solve the laser circuit flow alarm of the industrial water chiller?
What to do if the laser circuit’s flow alarm rings? First, you can press the up or down key to check the flow rate of the laser circuit. Alarm will be triggered when the value falls below 8, it may be caused by the Y-type filter clogging of the laser circuit water outlet.Turn off the chiller, find the Y-type filter of the laser circuit water outlet, use an adjustable wrench to remove the plug anticlockwise, take out the filter screen, clean and install it back, remember not to lose the white sealing ring on the plug. Tighten the plug with wrench, if the flow rate of laser circuit is 0, it is possible that the pump is not working or the flow sensor fails. Open the left-side filter gauze, use a tissue to check whether the back of the pump will aspirate, if the tissue is sucked in, it means the pump is working normally, and there may be something wrong with the flow sensor, feel free to contact our after-sales team to solve it. If pump is not working properly, open the electric box, measure the voltage at the lower end of the leftmost alternating current contactor. See if three phases are all stable at 380V, if not, it means there is a problem with the voltage. But if the voltage is normal and stable, the flow alarm still can’t be troubleshot, please contact our after-sales team immediately.
