Learn how to replace the heater for industrial chiller CWFL-6000 in just a few easy steps! Our video tutorial shows you exactly what to do. Click to watch this video!First, remove the air filters on both sides. Use a hex key to unscrew the upper sheet metal and remove it. This is where the heater is. Use a wrench to unscrew its cover. Pull out the heater. Unscrew the cover of the water temp probe and remove the probe. Use a cross screwdriver to remove the screws on both sides of the top of the water tank. Remove the water tank cover. Use a wrench to unscrew the black plastic nut and remove the black plastic connector. Remove the silicone ring from the connector. Replace the old black connector with a new one. Install the silicone ring and components from the inside of the water tank to the outside. Mind the up and down directions. Install the black plastic nut and tighten it with a wrench. Install the heating rod in the lower hole and the water temp probe in the upper hole. Tighten them and install the sheet metal in order. The whole process is completed.

Follow along as we show you how to disassemble the industrial chiller parts and replace the water level gauge with ease.First, remove the air gauze from the left and right sides of the chiller, then use a hex key to remove the 4 screws to disassemble the upper sheet metal. This is where the water level gauge is. Use a cross screwdriver to remove the top size screws of the water tank. Open the tank cover. Use a wrench to unscrew the nut on the outside of the water level gauge. Unscrew the fixing nut before replacing the new gauge. Install the water level gauge outward from the tank. Please note that the water level gauge must be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Use a wrench to tighten the gauge fixing nuts. Finally, install the water tank cover, air gauze and sheet metal in sequence.

How To Replace The DC Pump For Chiller CWUP-20?

Firstly, use a cross screwdriver to remove the sheet metal screws. Remove the water supply inlet cap, remove the upper sheet metal, remove the black sealed cushion, identify the position of the water pump, and cut off the zip ties on the inlet and outlet of the water pump. Remove the insulation cotton on the inlet and outlet of the water pump. Use a screwdriver to remove the silicone hose on its inlet and outlet. Disconnect the power supply connection of the water pump. Use a cross screwdriver and a 7mm wrench to remove the 4 fixing screws at the bottom of the water pump. Then you can remove the old water pump. Apply some silicone gel to the inlet of the new water pump. Fit the silicone hose onto its inlet. Then apply some silicone to the outlet of the evaporator. Connect the evaporator outlet to the inlet of the new water pump. Tighten the silicone hose with zip ties. Apply silicone gel to the water pump outlet. Fit the silicone hose onto its outlet. Secure the silicone hose with a hose clamp. Manually install the 4 screws on the water pump base. Tighten the screws. Plug in the water pump power supply. Wrap the inlet and outlet with insulation cotton. Tighten with zip ties. Finally, install the upper sheet metal. Tighten the sheet metal screws. Put the black sealed cushion on the water supply inlet. Cover the water inlet with the cap and you're done.

Water temperature of laser remains high?

Try replacing the cooling fan capacitor of the industrial water chiller!First, remove the filter screen on both sides and the power box panel. Don't get it wrong, this is the compressor starting capacitance, which needs to be removed, and the hidden one inside is the starting capacitance of cooling fan. Open the trunking cover, follow capacitance wires then you can find the wiring part, use a screwdriver to unscrew the wiring terminal, the capacitance wire can be easily taken out.
