How to replace the cooling fan for CW-3000 chiller?
First, turn off the chiller and unplug its power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, unscrew the fixing screws and remove the sheet metal, cut off the cable tie, distinguish the cooling fan’s wire and unplug it. Take away fixing clips on both sides of the fan, disconnect the fan’s ground wire, untighten the fixing screws to take out the fan from the side. Watch carefully the airfow direction when installing a new fan, don't install it backwards because the wind is blowing out of the chiller. Assemble the parts back the way you disassemble them. It is better to organize wires using a zip cable tie. Lastly, assemble the sheet metal back to finish.
