Yesterday, two American clients arrived at the front door of our factory. We checked our schedule and but no visit was on the list. After several conversations with them, we learned that these two American clients had contacted with our oversea sales manager in e-mail before and this visit was “surprise visit” which aimed at production scale and product quality checking of S&A Teyu factory.
These two American clients deal in heating and refrigerating equipment trading and water chiller is in their product line. They found the quality and the working performance of the water chiller might be good after they read the detailed technical information of the chiller from S&A Teyu official website. They said that they used the water chillers from a local American supplier before, but those chillers cost a little high, so they intended to look for a new water chiller supplier overseas and establish long-term cooperation relationship. During the visit, they checked the assembly line and were quite impressed by the large production scale and rigid quality control of S&A Teyu, showing great satisfaction with S&A Teyu water chillers. In this first cooperation, they purchased S&A Teyu industrial chillers CW-5200 and CW-6200 and would establish long-term strategic cooperation with S&A Teyu in the coming months.
In respect of production, S&A Teyu has invested the production equipment of more than one million RMB, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A Teyu has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, all the S&A Teyu water chillers are underwritten by insurance company and the warranty period is two years.
