The core components of industrial chillers are compressors, water pumps, restrictor devices, etc. From the production to shipment of a chiller, it has to go through a series of processes, and the core components and other components of the chiller are assembled before shipment. 1. CW series standard model production line
The standard chiller production line produces CW series products, which are mainly used for cooling spindle engraving machines, CO2 laser cutting/marking equipment, argon arc welding machines, UV printing machines, and other equipment. The cooling power ranges from 800W-30KW to meet the cooling requirements of various production equipment in multiple power sections; the temperature control accuracy is ±0.3℃, ±0.5℃, ±1℃ for options.
2. CWFL fiber laser series production line
CWFL series fiber laser chiller production line mainly produces chillers that meet the requirements of 500W-40000W fiber lasers. Optical fiber series chillers all adopt two independent temperature control systems, separate high and low temperature, respectively cool the laser head and the main body of the laser and some models support Modbus-485 communication protocol to realize remote monitoring of water temperature.
3. UV/Ultrafast Laser Series Production Line
The UV/Ultrafast series laser production line produces high-precision chillers, and the temperature control accuracy is accurate to ±0.1°C. Precise temperature control can effectively reduce the fluctuation of water temperature and ensure stable light output of the laser.
