Which water is used in laser chiller?

By the water circulation, the high-temperature water is taken away for the laser equipment and flows through the chiller. After the water temperature is lowered by the chiller refrigeration system, it is returned to the laser. So what is the circulating water used by the laser chiller? Tap water? Pure water? Or distilled water?

Tap water contains a lot of impurities, it is easy to cause pipeline blockage, affecting the flow of the chiller, and seriously affecting refrigeration. So some chillers are equipped with filters.
