A client from Korea: Hi. I am very interested in your air cooled water chiller CW-5300 and I am planning to use it to cool my laser engraving & cutting machine. But I have a question - why there are two letters next to the basic model name? What do they stand for?
S&A Teyu: Well, those last two letters stand for the electric source type and water pump type respectively. Our air cooled water chillers can vary in different voltages and frequency, such as 380V, 220V, 110V and 50hz & 60hz and the second last letter is used to differentiate that. While for the last letter, it means the water pump types, including 30W DC pump, 50W DC pump, 100W DC pump and so on. Take air cooled water chiller CW-5300AI as an example. “A” stands for 220V 50HZ while “I” means 100W DC pump. You can decide which one to choose based on your own needs.
Korean client: Thanks a lot. That makes things much easier and I won’t purchase the air cooled water chiller with the wrong voltage version. I will take 10 units of air cooled water chillers CW-5300BI (220V 60HZ with 100W DC pump). Please send those chillers to my company within these two days.
S&A Teyu: No problem. We have informed our representatives in Korea and they will send those chillers to you today.
