Cleaning and maintenance of engraving machine lens

After using for a long time, the lens is easy to be polluted. It is necessary to clean the lens. Gently wipe with a cotton ball dipped in absolute ethanol or special lens cleaner. Gently wipe in one direction from the inside out. The cotton ball needs to be replaced with each wipe until the dirt is removed.

Special attention should be paid to the following points: it should not be rubbed back and forth, and it should not be scratched by sharp objects. Since the lens surface is coated with an anti-reflection coating, damage to the coating can greatly affect the laser energy output.

Water cooling system cleaning and maintenance

The chiller needs to replace the circulating cooling water regularly, and it is recommended to replace the circulating water every three months. Unscrew the drain port and drain the water in the tank before adding new circulating water. Laser engraving machines mostly use small chillers for cooling. When draining water, the chiller body needs to be tilted to facilitate thorough drainage. It is also necessary to regularly clean the dust on the dust-proof net, which can help the cooling of the chiller.

In summer, the chiller is prone to alarm when the room temperature is too high. This is related to the high temperature in summer. The chiller should be kept under 40 degrees to avoid a high-temperature alarm. When installing the chiller, pay attention to the distance from obstacles to ensure that the chiller dissipates heat.
