The main function of the industrial chiller heater is to keep the water temperature constant and prevent cooling water from freezing. When the cooling water temperature is lower than the set one by 0.1℃, the heater starts to work. But when the heater of the laser chiller fails, do you know how to replace it?
First, turn off the chiller, unplug its power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, remove the sheet metal casing, and find and unplug the heater terminal. Loosen the nut with a wrench and take out the heater. Take down its nut and rubber plug, and reinstall them on the new heater. Lastly, insert the heater back into the original place, tighten the nut and connect the heater wire to finish.
