1. Leakage of the refrigerant. Solution: Check if there is any oil stain on internal welding pipe inside the water chiller. Find and weld the leakage point and refill the refrigerant.
2. Blockage of the copper pipe. Solution: Change the copper pipe and refill the refrigerant.
3. Malfunction of the compressor. Solution: Touch and feel if the high pressure tube of the compressor is hot (hot is normal). If it isn’t hot, the compressor might malfunction due to its suction failure, which requires changing the compressor and refilling the refrigerant.
4. Low capacitance for the compressor. Solution: Check the starting capacitance by using the multi-meter. If it is low, change another starting capacitance.
