1.Maintenance of the recirculating water chiller system
As we know, recirculating water chiller system is one of the core components in fiber laser welding machine. Therefore, its normal running is one of the decisive factors of the better performance of the fiber laser welding machine. Thus, certain maintenance is necessary for the recirculating water chiller system. Below is the maintenance tips.
1.1Keep the laser water chiller clean. It’s suggested to remove the dust from the dust gauze and the condenser of the chiller periodically;
1.2Maintain the cooling water quality. It means changing out the water on a regular basis (every 3 months is suggested);
1.3Make sure the recirculating water chiller system is working under below 40 degree C environment and ensure good supply of air in the air inlet/outlet of the chiller;
1.4Check the water pipe connection if there is water leakage. If yes, screw it tight until no water leaks;
1.5If the laser water chiller is about to be off for a long time, drain out the water from the chiller and the water pipe as completely as possible.

2.The working environment of the fiber laser welding machine
It’s not suggested that fiber laser welding machine works in high temperature and high humidity environment, for these kinds of environment can trigger condensed water on the cooling pipe. As we know, condensed water is easy to cause damage to the fiber laser welding machine, for it will lead to reduced output power or prevent the laser source from emitting laser light. Therefore, try to run the fiber laser welding machine in a suitable working environment with suitable room temperature and humidity.
