As a company specializing in developing, producing and selling industrial air cooled chillers, we have been trying to serve our customers best and we would be sad if we receive any complaints from our customers. However, we recently received a “complaint” from our Indian customer Mr. Kumar that made us feel good about ourselves. Well, he “complained” that the short supply of S&A Teyu chillers, which was due to the huge demand in these months, had led to the decreasing orders of his lasers. Mr. Kumar is our regular customer who owns a laser company. His lasers are equipped with S&A Teyu industrial air cooled chillers in the delivery. Therefore, the supply of S&A Teyu industrial air cooled chillers will affect the delivery of the lasers.
In respect of production, S&A Teyu has invested the production equipment of more than one million yuan, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A Teyu has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, the warranty period is two years.
