E2 alarm is easy to occur to recirculating water chiller which cools die board laser cutting machine in summer. It refers to high water temperature alarm. What should be done to remove this E2 alarm then?

1.Make sure the working environment is with good ventilation and the ambient temperature is 40 degree celsius;
2.If the dust gauze is blocked, then clean it;
3.If the voltage is unstable or relatively low, then add a voltage stabilizer or improve the line arrangement;
4.If the temperature controller is under wrong setting, then reset the parameters or restore to factory setting;
5.If the cooling capacity of the current recirculating water chiller is not big enough, then change to a bigger one;
6.Make sure the chiller has enough time for refrigeration process after it starts (usually 5 minutes or more) and avoid turning it on and off very frequently.
