The cooling capacity of a water chiller is closely related to ambient temperature and outlet water temperature. The cooling capacity changes with the increasing temperature. When recommending chiller type to customers, S&A Teyu will make an analysis according to the cooling performance curve chart of the water chiller so as to screen a more suitable chiller.
Mr. Zhong was satisfied with S&A Teyu CW-5200 water chiller with a cooling capacity of 1,400W for cooling the ICP spectrometer generator. It was required that the cooling capacity should be 1,500W, the water flow should be 6L//min and the outlet pressure should be over 0.06Mpa. However, according to the experience of S&A Teyu in providing suitable chiller type, it will be more suitable to provide CW-6000 chiller with a cooling capacity of 3,000W for the spectrometer generator. When talking with Mr. Zhong, S&A Teyu analyzed the cooling performance curve charts of CW-5200 chiller and CW-6000 chiller.
