There are quite many laser sources suitable for medium format PCB laser marking machine. They include UV laser, Green laser, fiber laser and CO2 laser. Most of the medium format PCB laser marking machines in the current market are powered by UV laser and CO2 laser. For cooling UV laser marking machine, it is suggested to use RM series and CWUL series industrial water chillers of S&A Teyu.
