Welding robots will be used with different brands of lasers, such as IPG, Raycus, MAX and so on. The welding robot manufacturer employs JPT Laser for the customers. When the laser works for a long time, it is necessary to dissipate the heat. The customer will choose the appropriate chiller to cool the laser according to the heat quantity. TEYU recommends Teyu chiller CWFL-1000 to the welding machine manufacturer for the cooling of 1000W JPT fiber laser welding robot. The cooling capacity of Teyu chiller CWFL-1000 is up to 4200W, with the temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃; with double water circulation cooling system, capable of simultaneously cooling fiber laser cutting head and body (QBH connector). In addition, it is also equipped with ion adsorption filtration and detection function, purifying and cooling the water, thus meeting the requirements of fiber laser’s use.
