Oil cooling machine and water cooling machine are both available to cool CNC router spindle and water cooling machine often refers to industrial water cooler. Both of these two cooling method have their pros and cons. Let’s take a look at the below comparison.
1、the cooling medium of oil cooling machine is oil while the one of industrial water cooler is water. Both of these two cooling mediums are stable and not easy to deteriorate.
2、oil film is likely to occur when the oil is circulating inside the circuit, so the heat exchange efficiency will reduce. As for industrial water cooler, water will easily cause rusting, which will lead to the clogging inside the waterway.
3、oil leakage will lead to serious consequence once it happens, but industrial water cooler doesn’t have this problem.
