Room temperature and flow are two factors that greatly affect the industrial chiller cooling capacity. Ultrahigh room temperature and ultralow flow will affect the chiller cooling capacity. The chiller works at room temperature above 40 ℃ for a long time will cause damage to the parts. So we need to observe these two parameters in real time.First, when the chiller is turned on, take the T-607 temperature controller as an example, press the right arrow button on the controller, and enter the status display menu. "T1" represents the temperature of the room temperature probe, when the room temperature is too high, the room temperature alarm will set off. Remember to clean up the dust to improve ambient ventilation. Continue to press the "►" button, "T2" represents the flow of the laser circuit. Press the button again, "T3" represents the flow of the optics circuit. When detected a traffic drop, the flow alarm will set off. It is time to replace the circulating water, and clean the filter screen.
