If there is bubble inside internal pipe of the air cooled water chiller, the circulating water can’t absorb the heat very efficiently, so the air cooled water chiller can’t cool down the metal cutting machine effectively and the heat is accumulated inside the metal cutting machine. What’s more, when the bubble is flowing in the pipe, there will be powerful impact force, causing cavitation and vibration in the internal pipe. The laser crystal can be easily damaged in this kind of vibration and leads to more light wastage. In the end, the life cycle of the metal cutting machien will shorten to a great extent. Given the serious consequences that bubble could possibly lead to, users are suggested to think about the bubble issue when selecting air cooled water chiller.
