What to do if the cooling fan of the chiller CW-3000 does not work?
This may be caused by the low ambient temperature. The low ambient temperature keeps the water temperature below 20 ℃, thus leading to its malfunction.
You can add some warm water through the water supply inlet, then remove the sheet metal, find the wiring terminal beside the fan, then re-plug the terminal and check the operation of the cooling fan. If the fan is rotating normally, the fault is solved. If it still does not rotate, please immediately contact our after-sales staff.
