A client from Netherlands left a message at S&A Teyu official website last week, saying that he was looking for a water chiller with max. pump flow of 10L/min and controllable water temperature range of 23℃~25℃. This customer works for a company which deals in industrial hydraulic system and provides welding solution. According to the parameters provided, S&A Teyu recommended recirculating water chiller CW-6000 to cool the industrial hydraulic system. S&A Teyu water chiller CW-6000 features the cooling capacity of 3000W and the temperature stability of ±0.5℃ with the max. pump flow of 13L/min and the controllable water temperature range of 5℃~35℃ (it is suggested to set the water temperature within 20℃~30℃ when the chiller can work best.
Some people may ask, “Why the hydraulic system needs to be cooled down by the water chiller when it is working?” Here is why. When the hydraulic system is working, there will be power losses from different aspects and most of these power losses turn into heat, making the temperature of the hydraulic components and the working liquid increase, so that working liquid leakage, broken lubricating oil film and aging sealing components are more likely to occur and affect the whole system. If the radiating condition of the hydraulic system is not so good, it is suggested to equip with the cooling system. Cooling systems can be classified as water cooling system and air cooling system based on the different cooling medium. Whatever the cooling system it is, the main purpose is to take away the heat from the hydraulic system through the circulation of the cooling medium.
