OLED is known as the third-generation display technology. Because of its lighter and thinner, low energy consumption, high brightness and good luminous efficiency, OLED technology is more and more widely used in electronic products and other fields. Its polymer material is particularly sensitive to thermal influences, the traditional film cutting process is no longer suitable for today's production needs, and now there are application requirements for special-shaped screens which are beyond the traditional craftsmanship capabilities. Ultrafast laser cutting came into being. It has minimum heat affected zone and distortion, can nonlinearly process various materials, etc.
But ultrafast laser generates a lot of heat during processing and requires supporting cooling tools to control its temperature. Ultrafast laser requires higher temperature control accuracy. Temperature control accuracy of S&A CWUP series chillers up to ±0.1℃, can precise temperature control for ultrafast lasers and keep them stable performance.
