1. Insufficient Laser Chiller Power
Cause: When the heat load exceeds the laser chiller's capacity, it cannot maintain the required temperature, leading to temperature fluctuations.
Solution: (1)Upgrade: Choose a laser chiller with a higher power to meet the heat load demands. (2)Insulation: Improve the insulation of pipes to reduce the impact of ambient heat on refrigerants, thus enhancing laser chiller efficiency.
2. Excessively Low Temperature Settings

4. High Ambient Air or Facility Water Temperature

Solution: Improve environmental conditions by using air conditioning to lower ambient temperature during high summer temperatures, or relocate the laser chiller to a more ventilated area to provide better heat dissipation conditions.
