Reci is one of the famous brands of CO2 lasers. Both CO2 RF laser tube and CO2 glass laser tube of Reci need to be cooled by industrial water chillers. Mr. Gregor from Belgium has a Reci CO2 RF laser tube and he wants to find a water chiller with the cooling capacity of 2.4KW, so he contacted S&A Teyu for the purchase.
With the cooling requirement provided, S&A Teyu recommended closed-loop water chiller CW-6000 for the cooling. Mr. Gregor was a little confused about the recommendation since he required cooling capacity of 2.4KW, but the recommended water chiller has 3KW cooling capacity. S&A Teyu explained that it was better to choose the water chiller with higher cooling capacity than the required one in order to avoid the high temperature alarm in summer as the ambient temperature rises. Mr. Gregor was so grateful for S&A Teyu being so thoughtful and considerate.
