1.Performance

CO2 laser marking machine can be installed with CO2 RF laser tube or CO2 DC laser tube and the laser power is big. These two types of CO2 laser sources have different lifespan. For CO2 laser RF tube, its lifespan can reach 60000 hours while for CO2 DC laser tube, its lifespan is about 1000 hours. The lifespan of the laser source is closely related to the one of the CO2 laser marking machine.

As for fiber laser marking machine, it has the highest electro-optical conversion efficiency and has pretty low energy consumption. It features high marking speed which is 2 to 3 times faster than traditional laser marking machine. And the fiber laser source inside has around several hundred thousand hours in its lifespan. 

2.Application

CO2 laser marking machine is suitable for non-metal materials, including paper, leather, fabrics, acrylic, wool, plastics, ceramics, crystal, jade, bamboo, etc.. As for the applicable industries, it can be used in consumer electronics, food package, beverage package, medicine package, construction ceramics, gift, rubber products, furniture and so on.
