Acrylic laser cutting machine chiller cooling system is designed with different error codes and each of the code represents a kind of alarm. According to S&A Teyu experience, if chiller cooling system indicates E2 error code, that means ultra-high water temperature alarm is triggered. That could result from:


1.The dust gauze is blocked, leading bad dissipation of the chiller itself. In this case, remove the dust from the dust gauze regularly;
2.The air inlet and outlet of the chiller cooling system is not well ventilated. Please make sure they are not blocked;
3.The voltage is low or unstable. In this case, improve the line arrange or use a voltage stabilizer;
4.The data setting of the thermostat is not appropriate. Reset the data or restore to factory setting;
5.The cooling ability of the chiller is lower than the heat load of the equipment. It is suggested to change for a bigger capacity chiller cooling system.
