Product Description

Refrigeration compressor water chiller CWFL-2000 is specially designed for cooling 2000W fiber laser of fiber laser metal cutting machine.

Air cooled dual temperature water chiller CWFL-2000 is characterized by the temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃. With dual temperature control system, air cooled dual temperature water chiller CWFL-2000 can cool the fiber laser device and the optics/QBH connector at the same time, which is space saving and cost saving.

Refrigeration compressor water chiller CWFL-2000 has two temperature control modes as intelligent & constant temperature control mode. Under constant temperature control mode, the water temperature can be set as a fixed value as required. Under intelligent temperature control mode, the water temperature will be adjust itself according to the change of the ambient temperature, which greatly avoid the condensed water.

Air cooled dual temperature water chiller CWFL-2000 has got the approval from CE, REACH, RoHS and ISO. It can be applied to cool fiber lasers of different brands, such as IPG, SPI, Trumpf, nLight and so on.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER PANEL DESCRIPTION

S&A Teyu industrial water chillers are popular for its 2 temperature control modes as constant temperature and intelligent temperature control.Generally speaking, the defaulted setting for the temperature controller is intelligent temperature control mode. Under intelligent temperature control mode, the water temperature will adjust itself according to the ambient temperature. However, under constant temperature control mode, users can adjust the water temperature manually.

Alarm function

(1) Alarm Display:

E1 - ultrahigh room temperature
E2 - ultrahigh water temperature
E3 - ultralow water temperature
E4 - room temperature sensor failure
E5 - water temperature sensor failure
E6 - external alarm input
E7 - water flow alarm input

When alarm occurs, the error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed.

(2) To suspend the alarm:

In alarming state, the alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button, but the alarm display remains until the alarm condition is eliminated.
