1. Check the water level gauge. If the water level is too low, an alarm will occur, in this case, add water to the green position.
2. The external circulation pipeline of the industrial chiller is blocked. Turn off the chiller power supply, short-circuit the water inlet and outlet, let the water circuit of the chiller circulate by itself, and check whether the external circulation pipeline is blocked. If it's blocked, it needs to be cleaned.
3. The chiller internal pipeline is blocked. You can rinse the pipeline with clean water first, and use the professional cleaning tool of the air gun to clear the water circulation pipeline.
4. The chiller water pump has impurities. The solution is to clean the water pump.
5. The wear of the chiller water pump rotor leads to the aging of the water pump. It is recommended to replace a new chiller water pump.
6. The flow switch or flow sensor is faulty and cannot detect flow and transmit signals. The solution is to replace the flow switch or flow sensor.
7. The internal motherboard of the thermostat is damaged. It is recommended to replace the thermostat.
