Different industrial chiller manufacturers have their own chiller alarm codes. And sometimes even different chiller model of the same industrial chiller manufacturer might have different chiller alarm codes. Take S&A laser chiller unit CW-6200 for an example.
In the laser refrigeration market, there are more and more laser chiller unit manufacturers. Different industrial chiller manufacturers have their own chiller error codes/alarm codes. And sometimes even different chiller model of the same industrial chiller manufacturer might have different chiller alarm codes. Take S&A laser chiller unit CW-6200 for an example. The alarm codes include E1、E2、E3、E4、E5, E6 and E7.
E1 stands for ultrahigh room temperature alarm.
E2 stands for ultrahigh water temperature alarm.
E3 stands for ultralow water temperature alarm.
E4 stands for room temperature sensor failure.
E5 stands for water temperature sensor failure.
E6 stands for alarm of water shortage.
E6/E7 stands for low flow rate/water flow alarm.
E7 stands for faulted circulating pump.
Users can locate the problem by identifying these codes. But please note that the chiller alarm codes may update without notice in advance and different chiller models may have different alarm codes.
