S&A Industrial Water Chiller CWFL-3000 Manufacturing Process

How the 3000W fiber laser chiller is made?First is the laser cutting process of the steel plate, after which is the bending sequence, and then the anti-rust coating treatment. After the bending technique by the machine, the stainless steel pipe will form a coil, which is the evaporator part of the chiller. With other core cooling parts, the evaporator will be assembled on the bottom sheet metal. Then install the water inlet and outlet, weld the pipe connection part, and fill the refrigerant. Then rigorous leak detection tests are performed. Assemble a qualified temperature controller and other electric components. The computer system will automatically follow up the completion of each progress. Parameters are set and water is injected, and the charging test is then made. After a series of strict room temperature tests, plus the high temperature tests, the last is the exhaustion of residual moisture. Finally, a 3000W fiber laser chiller is completed.

It is a huge challenge when S&A industrial chillers are subject to varying degrees of bumping in transit. To ensure product quality, every S&A chiller is vibration tested before being sold. Today, we will simulate the transportation vibration test of the 3000W laser welder chiller for you.Securing the chiller firm on the vibration platform, our S&A engineer comes to the operation platform, opens the power switch and sets the rotating speed to 150. We can see the platform slowly begins to generate reciprocating vibration. And the chiller body vibrates slightly, which simulates the vibration of a truck passing through a rough road slowly. When the rotating speed goes to 180, the chiller itself vibrates even more obviously, which simulates the truck accelerating to pass through a bumpy road. With the speed set to 210, the platform begins to move intensely, which simulates the truck speeding through the complex road surface. The chiller’s body jolts correspondingly. Apart from the detachable sheet metal dropping off, the juncture part of the metal sheet vibrates apparently. Violent vibration also causes visible movement of different parts, but the metal sheet shell remains strong and intact. And the chiller still works normally.Due to the strong vibration test intensity, the chiller will not re-enter the market. It will be used as an experimental machine for the R&D department to improve the chiller’s indexes, which helps S&A chiller users to use more premium products.
