5.Machine host working table
The machine host consists of the machine bed, machine beam, working table and Z axis system. When fiber laser cutting machine is cutting, the work piece should be placed on the machine bed first and then we need to use the servo motor to move the machine beam in order to control the movement of the Z axis. Users can adjust the parameters as needed.
6.Laser cooling system
Laser cooling system is the cooling system of the fiber laser cutting machine and it can cool down the fiber laser effectively. The current fiber laser chillers are generally equipped with input and output control switch and designed with water flow and high/low temperature alarm, so the performance is more stable.
7.Control system
Control system is the main operation system of fiber laser cutting machine and is used to control the movement of X axis, Y axis and Z axis. It also controls the output power of the fiber laser. It decides the running performance of the fiber laser cutting machine. Through software control, the cutting performance of the fiber laser cutting machine can be improved.
8.Air supply system
The air supply system of fiber laser cutting machine includes air source, filter and tube. For air source, there are bottled air and compressed air. The auxiliary air will blow away the slag during metal cutting for combustion supporting purpose. It also serves to protect the cutting head.
