1.The chiller refrigerant should be friendly to the environment

2.The chiller refrigerant should have good chemical property.

That is because the smaller the adiabatic index, the lower the compressor exhaust temperature will be. This is not only helpful in improving the volume efficiency of the compressor but also helpful to the lubrication of the compressor.
