Do You Know How to Antifreeze Your Industrial Water Chillers in Cold Winter?
Do you know how to antifreeze TEYU S&A industrial water chillers in cold winter? Please check the following guidelines: (1)Add antifreeze to the cooling system of the water chiller to lower the freezing point of the circulating water and prevent freezing. Choose the antifreeze ratio based on the lowest local temp. (2)During extremely cold weather when the lowest ambient temp falls <-15℃, it's advised to keep the chiller running continuously for 24 hours to prevent the cooling water from freezing. (3)Additionally, adopting insulation measures is helpful, like wrapping the chiller with insulating material. (4)If the chiller machine needs to be shut down during holidays or for maintenance, it's important to shut off the cooling water system, restore the chiller to its factory settings, switch it off and disconnect the power, and open the drain valve to remove the cooling water, and then use an air gun to thoroughly dry out the pipes. How to Charge the Refrigerant R-410A for TEYU Rack Mount Water Chiller RMFL-2000?
This video shows you how to charge the refrigerant for TEYU S&A rack mount chiller RMFL-2000. Remember to work in a well-ventilated area, wear protective gear and avoid smoking. Using a Phillips screwdriver to remove the top metal screws. Locate the refrigerant charging port. Gently turn the charging port outward. Firstly, unscrew the sealing cap of the charging port. Then use the cap to slightly loosen the valve core until the refrigerant is released. Due to the relatively high refrigerant pressure in the copper pipe, do not loosen the valve core completely at a time. After releasing all refrigerant, use a vacuum pump for 60 mins to remove air. Tighten the valve core before vacuuming. Before charging refrigerant, partially unscrew the valve of the refrigerant bottle to purge air from the charging hose. How to Replace the Heat Exchanger of TEYU CWFL-12000 Fiber Laser Chiller?
In this video, TEYU S&A professional engineer takes the CWFL-12000 laser chiller as an example and guides you step by step carefully to replace the old plate heat exchanger for your TEYU S&A fiber laser chillers.Power off the chiller machine, remove the upper sheet metal and drain all the refrigerant. Cut away the thermal insulation cotton. Use a soldering gun to heat the two connecting copper pipes. Detach the two water pipes, remove the old plate heat exchanger and install the new one. Wrap 10-20 turns of thread seal tape around the water pipe connecting the port of the plate heat exchanger. Place the new heat exchanger in position, make sure the water pipe connections are facing downward, and secure the two copper pipes using a soldering gun. Attach the two water pipes at the bottom and tighten them with two clamps to prevent leaks. Finally, perform a leak test at the soldered joints to ensure a good seal. Then recharge the refrigerant. The mounting bracket should be installed roughly in the middle of the water tank, ensuring it doesn’t obstruct the water pipes and wiring. Place the two mounting brackets on the inner side of the water tank, paying attention to the orientation. Secure the brackets manually with screws and then tighten them with a wrench. This will securely fix the water tank in place. Finally, reassemble the upper sheet metal and the dust filters on both sides.

Do you know how to replace the 400W DC pump of the fiber laser chiller CWFL-3000? TEYU S&A chiller manufacturer's professional service team specially made a small video to teach you to replace the DC pump of laser chiller CWFL-3000 step by step, come and learn together~First, disconnect the power supply. Drain the water from inside the machine. Remove the dust filters located on both sides of the machine. Accurately locate the connection line of the water pump. Unplug the connector. Identify the 2 water pipes that are connected to the pump. Using pliers to cut off the hose clamps from the 3 water pipes. Carefully detach the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump. Use a wrench to remove the 4 fixing screws of the pump. Prepare the new pump and remove the 2 rubber sleeves. Manually install the new pump using the 4 fixing screws. Tighten the screws in the correct sequence using the wrench. Attach the 2 water pipes using the 3 hose clamps. Reconnect the connection line of the water pump. Finally, the DC pump has been successfully replaced.
