Many foreign clients will require factory visit before they placed the orders of our laser cooling chillers. Last month, Mr. Dursun, a Turkish sheet metal laser cutting machine supplier, sent us an e-mail, saying he wanted to buy our 2KW fiber laser chiller CWFL-2000 and he would like a factory visit before he placed the order. And the factory visit was scheduled last Wednesday.
“Wow, your factory is so big! “That was the first sentence he uttered after he reached the factory entrance. Indeed, we have a factory area of 18000m2 with 280 employees. We then showed him around our assembly line and our staff was busy assembling the core parts of our laser cooling chillers. He was so impressed by our large production scale and he also saw the actual product of 2KW fiber laser chiller CWFL-2000. Our colleague then explained the parameters of this chiller model and showed him how to use it.
“Are all of your laser cooling chillers tested before they are sent to the customers” He asked. “Of course! ” ,said by our colleagues and then we showed him around our test lab. In fact, all of our laser cooling chillers must go through the aging test and overall performance test before they are delivered and all of them complies with ISO, REACH, ROHS and CE standard.
At the end of the factory visit, he placed the orders of 20 units of 2KW fiber laser chillers CWFL-2000, showing great confidence of our laser cooling chillers.
