First to turn off the laser chiller, unplug the power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, remove the upper sheet metal housing, find and disconnect the flow switch terminal, use a cross screwdriver to remove the 4 screws on the flow switch, take out the flow switch top cap and the internal impeller.
For the new flow switch, use the same method to remove its top cap and impeller. then install the new impeller into the original flow switch. Use the cross screwdriver to tighten the 4 fixing screws, reconnect the wire terminal and you’re done~
