1. The power is not on
① power line contact is not good, check the power supply interface, the power cord plug is in place, good contact; ② open the machine inside the electrical box cover, check whether the fuse is intact; and wanted to take poor power supply voltage is stable enough; power wiring is in good contact.
2. The flow alarm
Thermostat panel display E01 alarm, with the water pipe directly connected to the outlet, the inlet no water flow. Tank water level is too low, check the water level meter display window, add water to show to the green area; and check the water circulation pipeline has no leakage.
3. Connected to the device when using the flow alarm
Thermostat panel display E01, but with a water pipe directly connected to the water outlet, water inlet, there is water flow, no alarm. Water circulation pipeline blockage, bending deformation, check the circulation pipeline.
4. The water temperature alarm
Thermostat panel display E04: ① dust net blockage, poor heat dissipation, regularly remove the dust net cleaning. ② poor ventilation at the air outlet or air inlet, ensure smooth ventilation at the air outlet and air inlet. ③Seriously low or unstable voltage, improve the power supply line or use a voltage regulator. ④Improperly set the temperature controller parameters, reset the control parameters or restore the factory settings. ⑤ frequent switching of the chiller, to ensure that the chiller has sufficient cooling time (more than five minutes). ⑥ heat load exceeds the standard, reduce the heat load, or choose a larger cooling capacity of the model.
5. The room temperature is too high alarm
Thermostat panel display E02. Chiller using high ambient temperature, improve ventilation, to ensure that the chiller operating environment temperature below 40 degrees.
6. Condensate condensation phenomenon is serious.
The water temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, the humidity is higher, adjust the water temperature or give pipeline insulation.
7. When changing water, the drainage port is slow.
The water injection port is not open, open the water injection port.
