In this video, TEYU S&A professional engineer takes the CWFL-12000 laser chiller as an example and guides you step by step carefully to replace the old plate heat exchanger for your TEYU S&A fiber laser chillers.Power off the chiller machine, remove the upper sheet metal and drain all the refrigerant. Cut away the thermal insulation cotton. Use a soldering gun to heat the two connecting copper pipes. Detach the two water pipes, remove the old plate heat exchanger and install the new one. Wrap 10-20 turns of thread seal tape around the water pipe connecting the port of the plate heat exchanger. Place the new heat exchanger in position, make sure the water pipe connections are facing downward, and secure the two copper pipes using a soldering gun. Attach the two water pipes at the bottom and tighten them with two clamps to prevent leaks. Finally, perform a leak test at the soldered joints to ensure a good seal. Then recharge the refrigerant.
