Today, we will simulate the transportation vibration test of the 3000W laser welder chiller for you.Securing the chiller firm on the vibration platform, our S&A engineer comes to the operation platform, opens the power switch and sets the rotating speed to 150. We can see the platform slowly begins to generate reciprocating vibration. And the chiller body vibrates slightly, which simulates the vibration of a truck passing through a rough road slowly. When the rotating speed goes to 180, the chiller itself vibrates even more obviously, which simulates the truck accelerating to pass through a bumpy road. With the speed set to 210, the platform begins to move intensely, which simulates the truck speeding through the complex road surface. The chiller’s body jolts correspondingly. Apart from the detachable sheet metal dropping off, the juncture part of the metal sheet vibrates apparently. Violent vibration also causes visible movement of different parts, but the metal sheet shell remains strong and intact. And the chiller still works normally.Due to the strong vibration test intensity, the chiller will not re-enter the market. It will be used as an experimental machine for the R&D department to improve the chiller’s indexes, which helps S&A chiller users to use more premium products.
