In Canada and other northern countries, freezing is likely to occur in ultraviolet laser portable chiller unit CWUL-05, since this chiller uses water as coolant. Can anything be used to prevent freezing from happening? Well, anti-freezer can help. The most ideal anti-freezer would be glycol, but it needs to be diluted before using. The anti-freezer proportion should be less than 30%. User also needs to be remember that it is not suggested to use anti-freezer for a long time, for it is corrosive to the component inside the UV laser small chiller unit. When warmer seasons come, please drain out all the glycol and add the purified water/clean distilled water/deionised water to the CWUL-05 chiller.
