So far as it goes, lasers are increasingly demanded on the market, especially the low-power UV laser that is in great demand. RM-300 high precision water chiller launched by S&A has been designed purposely for 3W-5W UV laser. With up to 300W cooling capacity and ±0.3℃ precisely temperature control, S&A RM-300 water chiller can guarantee a sufficient cooling capacity for UV laser. Also with ±0.3℃ precisely temperature control, it can secure a more constant working temperature for UV laser to guarantee the luminous efficiency and service life.
Fiber laser has been widely applied in the cutting and engraving industry. According to the market requirement, S&A has independently developed a dual temperature water chiller purposely for fiber laser, such as S&A dual temperature & dual pump CWFL-4000 water chiller with 9.6KW cooling capacity and ±1℃ precisely temperature control.
S&A dual temperature & dual pump water chiller is equipped with two independent temperature control systems to separate the high and low temperature. The low temperature serves to cool the main body of laser, while the normal temperature serves to cool the QBH connector (or the lens) to effectively prevent the formation of condensate water. Also with the embedding of two water pumps in the dual temperature & dual pump water chiller, both of the main body of the fiber laser and the cutting head can be cooled at different water pressure and water flow rate. S&A dual temperature & dual pump water chiller can efficiently solve the requirement of fiber laser on the deionized water due to the provision of a triple filter unit, where two wire-wound filters are separately used to filter the impurities in the cooling water circuits at the high temperature and the low temperature end to guarantee the cleanness of water, while the third deionization filter mainly serves to filter out the ions in the water circuits to better protect the fiber laser.
